Park Locations and Features

Boyertown Community Park - The Boyertown Community Park, dog-friendly and free to the public, is located at 419 S. Madison St.  This open-space Park offers a Playground for Everyone, a one mile walking trail, restroom facilities, parking, pickleball courts, seating, an eighteen hole disc golf course, and a community swimming pool (currently out of service).  The Park is open every day from sunrise until dusk.  Summer events at the Park, organized by the Park and Recreation Committee, include an Earth Day Celebration, Fun Days, and a Fall Festival.  The Park also has two pavilions and a band shell that can be rented by Boyertown School District residents by contacting the Borough of Boyertown Administrative Office at 610-369-3028.  Please see the Pavilion section for more information.  We ask that while you are enjoying the Park, you use the equipment safely and with the purpose for which it was intended. We also ask that you follow the Park rules which include: no use of the Park after dusk, no alcohol, tobacco or illegal substance use, no skateboarding or rollerblading, and dogs being leashed and picked up after. 

Gene Gabel Mini Park - The Gene Gabel Mini Park, dog-friendly and free to the public, is located at the corner of N. Franklin St. and E. Fifth St.  This fully-fenced Park offers playground equipment for smaller children, as well as swings and a basketball half-court, and seating.  The Park is open every day from sunrise until dusk.  We ask that while you are enjoying the Park, that you use the equipment safely and with the purpose for which it was intended. We also ask that you follow the Park rules which include: no use of the Park after dusk, no alcohol, tobacco or illegal substance use, no skateboarding or rollerblading, and dogs being leashed and picked up after. 

Washington Street Park - The Washington Street Park, free to the public, is located next to Borough Hall, at the corner of S. Franklin St. and E. Third St.  This partially-fenced Park offers playground equipment, seating, grass open area, and a basketball court.  The Park is open every day from sunrise until dusk.  We ask that while you are enjoying the Park, that you use the equipment safely and with the purpose for which it was intended. We also ask that you follow the Park rules which include: no use of the Park after dusk, no alcohol, tobacco or illegal substance use, no skateboarding or rollerblading, and no dogs.
