Zoning Permit Information

Zoning permits are required for the following structures having a building area less than 1,000 square feet, and is accessory to a detached one or two family dwelling, and multi-family dwelling units:

• Detached Carport
• Detached private garage less than 1,000 square feet
• Greenhouse
• Sheds
• Uncovered decks and patios, with a floor height of 30" or less above finished grade
• Fences no more than 6'0" in height
• Signs
• Swimming Pools
