Appeals to the Zoning Hearing Board

The Borough of Boyertown Zoning Hearing Board has the authority to hear applications for variances, special exceptions, appeals from the determination of the Zoning Officer, and validity challenges.

The fee for a Zoning Hearing Appeal is $350 for residential or commercial use and $500 of an industrial use.  Please use the link below for the hearing application.
